A new look admin booking system

Ensuring you have a user friendly, easy-to-use admin booking system is important to our team at BookingLive. That's why in 2013 we will start rolling out a newly designed admin system that will make it easier for your business to manage bookings, customers and website content.

The new admin experience was designed to improve usability, improve speed and navigation, and optimise for cross browser and mobile devises.

  • Improved usability - From first time BookingLive users to long time advocates, your experience should be that of easy to use.


  • Faster performance - Common tasks, like data management and reporting need to process quickly so you can focus on your business management.


  • Cross browser optimisation - Different organisations have different needs. You should be able to access your admin booking system easily and make BookingLive work for you.

When will this be available?

Whether you are on the Enterprise or Lite systems, we are phasing the rollout to ensure the best possible change management for our existing and new customers.

  • New customers are starting to receive the new user interface from September.


  • Existing customers will transition from December onwards.
