We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is experienced at managing software projects. You will be managing the full customer journey from onboarding to completion. Managing renewals and building lasting relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

This is an exciting and challenging time to be joining BookingLive. Initially, you will be onboarding clients onto our existing software, that will require you to quickly learn how to navigate, configure and train others on how to use the feature-rich systems. Later this year we will be launching a new product for our Enterprise customers, the focus will be to migrate existing customers where possible, to onboard new customers onto this product and account management including, training, retention and ensuring each customer is getting the most out of their system.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients throughout onboarding and aftercare, providing technical and product support.
  • Onboarding customers within scope and budget, managing scope creep and change requests.
  • Configuring our booking systems to customers’ specific requirements.
  • Training customers on the correct and efficient usage of the systems.
