Step 1 - Scope & Discovery
When you first begin working with BookingLive, we spend time with you and your senior key stakeholders and undertake a discovery workshop. This is so we can talk through your business needs and gather the key requirements. We put together a Statement of Works including wireframes and technical specifications, ensuring both parties agree to the deliverables and ensuring your booking software is set for success.
Step 2 - Project Delivery
We then use the Statement of Works to drive the setup of your booking app, including key milestones, resources and deliverables. We import customer and booking data if applicable, complete user acceptance testing and provide specific training to your team. This is all done at your pace, maximising the success of your booking software.
Step 3 - Testing & Assurance
Then it’s time to run automated and functional testing across the booking app. Key stakeholders are also invited to complete a quality assurance review. Once this has completed, we achieve go live sign off.
Step 4 - Go Live
Your customer success manager will schedule the go live when testing is complete and your team is all trained up on how to use the platform. The go live is quick and easy, allowing a rapid return to business as usual. We may then perform an IT Audit and Quality Assurance review.
