How we do it
Step 1 - Scope & Discovery
At the start of our journey to creating the perfect booking solution for your activities, tours or experiences, we will hold a discovery workshop. In this workshop, our success manager and senior analyst will meet with your senior stakeholders to review your business requirements. After this discussion, we’ll draw up a Statement of Works including technical specifications and wireframes. To ensure that this journey continues to be a success, both parties will agree on the deliverables.
Step 2 - Project Delivery
In step two, we will deliver the agreed project. The set up of the booking app features will be aligned with the Statement of Works and project plan. Our team will also import any existing customer and booking data as well as complete user acceptance testing. Following this, our experts will provide thorough training so that you can comfortably navigate the booking software.
Step 3 - Testing & Assurance
Next, we will run multiple automated and functional tests across the booking app. Once these checks are complete, key stakeholders will be invited to conduct a quality assurance review in order to achieve go live sign off.
