Your customer creates a booking
You can create your bookable items with an abundance of information, meaning your customers don’t need to contact you directly before they book. The added information section where you can write all about your event, course or class gives the customer the reassurance that you are the right provider for them.
Alongside this information, you can also enter the capacity for each item, the pricing of the item (and if they differ for adults, children or groups), and also available time slots right there in Step 1 of our signature 5 step booking journey.
Your customer pays online
Your customer can’t complete the 5 step journey and complete their booking without finalising payment to secure their place. Not only does this enable you to track capacity and event attendance, but you can also get a good idea of the profit your business is making in real time.
