Achieve digital transformation success with our Appointment Scheduling Software
Discovery workshop sessions are held with your senior key stakeholders and our enterprise success manager and senior analyst, to review your business needs and gather key requirements. A Statement of Works including wireframes and technical specifications will be documented, ensuring both parties agree the deliverables to ensure your appointment scheduling software is a success.
Step 2 - Project Delivery
Based on the Statement of Works and a detailed project plan that includes key milestones, resources and deliverables, your enterprise success manager will setup your booking app, import customer and booking data if applicable, complete user acceptance testing and thereafter provide specific training. We work at your pace to maximise success of your booking software.
Step 3 - Testing & Assurance
In addition to manual User Acceptance Testing against the Statement of Works and any custom development, we run automated and functional testing across the booking app. Key stakeholders will be invited to complete a quality assurance review to achieve go live sign off
Step 4 - Go Live
