Booking Live (BL) Deployment
Clifton College are staying ahead of their competitors through the implementation of an online booking system. Clifton College runs holiday clubs and extracurricular activities throughout the school holidays. Focusing on three main age groups: 3 to 4 year olds, 5 to 7 year olds and 8 to 13 year olds, Clifton College offers a range of activities including swimming, courses, classes, clubs and outdoor play.
Clifton College was looking for a scalable and bespoke booking solution that would help them to take online booking services and reservations in a user-friendly and GDPR compliant way.
The college’s holiday clubs include day courses, half day sessions and full weeks. Andy Plummer, CCSL Administrator said “before BookingLive we had our very own, in-built booking system. Despite being developed specifically for us, our old system was created years ago so wasn’t able to keep up with the demands of our Holiday Clubs.”

When we had our previous system I had to email people requesting specific reports, but now I can simply log-in and export the desired report myself.”
