Booking Software Review: The Frontline Club


The Frontline Club is a media club for a diverse group of people united by their passion for quality journalism. Bookings are made through booking software by BookingLive including event and hotel reservations. The following article is a booking software review, looking at how much impact BookingLive has made for The Frontline Club in its first 3 months.

In 2012 The Frontline Club approached BookingLive to explore the possibility of launching online booking software for their events and accommodation. Up to that point the process of booking events had included a heavy manual process and a bookings team to process many telephone calls.

After working with BookingLive to establish a scope to replace the existing software, the following was identified as part of the requirements:


    • Booking Software design to match existing brand





    • Migration of existing database





    • Book events online





    • Book hotel reservations online





    • Provide custom business reporting





    • Social Media integration





    • Salesforce integration



Frontline Club Booking Software

The project was delivered on budget and in January 2013 is launching the final phase for hotel reservations. BookingLive will continue to work with The Frontline Club over the coming years to support sales and continued customer engagement.
