After taking part in the webinar, Josh contacted one of Booking Live's Sales Managers. He was then provided with a cost-effective quote, which he approved.
Less than a month later Josh's leisure centre had completely integrated Booking Live's leisure management software into their business. Memberships were being processed so late payments could be quickly and easily chased, with email and SMS reminder messages in place. Pitch booking no-shows were also decreasing, as Josh's centre were now able to take deposit payments which would be kept in the case of a no-show.
Josh and his team couldn't be happier with their new and improved management processes.
