Member Credit Assignment

Overview

Member Credit Assignment is a tab in Security that allows you to set how many credits are given to members once they signup to your free/paid membership, and what activities they can be use these credits against.

In this section, learn how to:

  • Assign credits to members automatically when they signup with a membership via the MembershipRegistrationPage

You'll also see where in the Member's MyAccount that these Credits are visible and usable.

 

Using Member Credit Assignment

To get Member Credit Assignment, you will need to request this to be added to your system by contacting your Account Manager.

Once added to your system, you will need to go to:

SECURITY > CLICK MEMBER GROUP > MEMBER CREDIT ASSIGNMENT [tab] > ADD MEMBER CREDIT ASSIGNMENT.

To add/edit the number of credits and activities valid for - click on the NOTEPAD icon on the right hand side of MEMBER CREDIT ASSIGNMENTS.

Once a member signs up for a membership through the below method, they will be given these credits to use in their MyAccount.

Below is what the member would see in their MyAccount once they login.

As you can see, it shows the number of credits on the top left and a dropdown of what activities they are able to use those Credits against, and when those credits expire.
