Managing Members

Overview

The system allows you to rebook, approve, upgrade and delete members

 

Approving a member

1. Go to BOOKINGS > MEMBER
2. By default the members will load users both awaiting approval and awaiting payment
3. Tick the checkbox to approve their request
4. The member will now be able to pay a membership fee via their MyAccount or one can be taken by an administrator

 

 

Emailing a member

You can email any member, with templates setup under Message Templates as "General"

1. Go to BOOKINGS > MEMBER
2. Find the member you want to send a message to using the search fields
3. Tick the checkbox against the member
4. Open GROUP OPERATIONS
5. Choose the message you want to send to the user
6. Press Send Message and accept the prompt 7. Wait for the checkbox next to the Member to untick

 

Rebooking a member

You can rebook your members on activities throughout the website, by using the rebook button.

1. Go to BOOKINGS > MEMBER
2. Find the member you wish to rebook by using the search fields
3. Click the "REBOOK" icon on the right hand side
4. You can now browse the website  and make bookings for this customer using their details

 

Upgrading a member

If you have existing members on the website, or members that have entered the system via other methods, you can upgrade them manually as an administrator
1. Find the member you want to upgrade
2. Tick their record using the checkbox
3. Open GROUP OPERATIONS
4. Select a membership group you want to create a request for
5. Press "Create Request Type"
6. This will now bring a member to the state of "Awaiting Approval"
