Global Page Content

Overview

The global page content can be found at: PAGES > SITE CONFIG > GLOBAL PAGE CONTENT [tab]

On the Global Content tab use the table below for reference of what you want to change and the menu on the left to find out more.

ConfirmationPageSuccessfulContent

This is what the customer sees when their booking has been successful. 

ConfirmationPageFailurefulContent

This is the content the customer will see if there has been an internal issue with the booking, e.g. it has timed out while the customer was going through the payment gateway. You can use the merge tags: {$ErrorMessage}, to display the error and {$OrderRefNumber} to display the order reference number of the booking that has failed. It is normally a good idea to tell the customer to contact you in order to resolve what has gone wrong with the booking, and ask them to quote the order reference number.
Failure Payment Content
This is the content of the confirmation page the customer will see if there is an eror with the payment of the booking. You can use the merge tags: {$ErrorMessage} to display the error, and {$OrderRefNumber} to display the order reference number of the booking that has failed. It is normally a good idea to tell the customer to contact you in order to resolve what has gone wrong with the booking, and ask them to quote the order reference number.
