Venue Prerequisite

Overview

Venue Prerequisites perform the same function as Activity Prerequisites in that they are a checkbox that must be checked on the Billing Page (booking process) - by the customer before they can complete their booking. 

These normally are prerequisites such as: Cancellation Policy (as shown below), Confirmation of entering correct information at booking, Dress-code is adhered etc.

  1. Go to ADMIN > DATA > VENUE PREREQUISITE
  2. Click CREATE VENUE PREREQUISITE
  3. Enter the information required e.g. Name (internal admin name), Prerequisite Text (text that appears on booking process), VenueHireType (which venue hire types should have this checkbox).
  4. Click SAVE when done.
