Venue Prerequisites perform the same function as Activity Prerequisites in that they are a checkbox that must be checked on the Billing Page (booking process) - by the customer before they can complete their booking.
These normally are prerequisites such as: Cancellation Policy (as shown below), Confirmation of entering correct information at booking, Dress-code is adhered etc.
- Go to ADMIN > DATA > VENUE PREREQUISITE
- Click CREATE VENUE PREREQUISITE
- Enter the information required e.g. Name (internal admin name), Prerequisite Text (text that appears on booking process), VenueHireType (which venue hire types should have this checkbox).
- Click SAVE when done.
