This section will explain how you can setup how many extra items can be booked with your activities.
Step by step
To be able to set the quantities, contact your account manager to enable inventory on your system.
- Make sure you can see at the top of your admin system, the Inventory tab
- Go to Admin > Data Settings > Extras
- Select the Extra Properties tab
- Create an extra property, this is the type of extra to be selected on the booking page
- Go to Inventory > General stock
- Create a general stock selecting the extra and it's property
