Timed Messages

Overview

Timed messages can be used to automatically send pre activity or post activity messages.

 

How to setup timed messages

  1. Go to ADMIN > CONFIG > MESSAGE
  2. Create a new template using the type 'GENERAL'
  3. Make sure You check the Email Box if you wish to send the messages via Email
  4. Click SAVE. 

 

How to configure when the messages will be sent

  1. Go to ADMIN > DATA SETTINGS > ACTIVITY
  2. Open the activity you want to send the automated message for.
  3. Click on the "activity messages" tab
  4. Click the ADD ACTIVITY MESSAGE link
  5. Enter the information as displayed below. (NOTE: If you dont select a Location then by default it adds them all).
  6. Finally, send a support ticket to BookingLive to complete the setup and verify your settings are correct.
