Setting up a Purchaser Feedback Message

You need to setup a Purchaser Feedback message so that when customers finish their activity/event/course, they can answer the feedback questions that you created.

  1. Go to ADMIN > CONFIG > MESSAGE.
  2. Click CREATE MESSAGE.
  3. Give it a name of how you want it to appear internally, choose EMAIL MESSAGE, a 'email from' address (e.g. no-reply@bookinglive.com), and a subject.
  4. Choose the Type to be a PURCHASER FEEDBACK message type.
  5. Enter your email body text, which must include the merge tag - {$FeedbackLink} to send the reader to a auto-generated feedback page where you're questions are shown.

Make sure to enter the merge tag - {$FeedbackLink}.
