NetMarketShare estimate that IE makes up 57% of the browser market, compared with 25% for Chrome, 12% for Firefox and 5% for Apple’s Safari.
To counteract the risk of security breaches Microsoft are encouraging users to upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer, IE 11. This latest version of Internet Explorer is the default browser for Windows 10.
