It is now possible to manage multiple locations and products (which can be anything from swimming lessons to climbing courses), which don't have set events (i.e. scheduled dates and times). Our booking system location manager is perfect for businesses who have customers coming at going at non-set times. A prime example of this is swimming pools. Customers can turn up at any time during the swimming pool's opening hours and get to swim for a certain period e.g. one hour. The same system which manages this can then be applied across multiple locations.
Booking Live software can be embedded on to existing websites, including WordPress sites, or we can create a website and booking system for you. Described by Econsultancy as "one of the most popular and versatile content management systems (CMS) available", WordPress is one of the best website solutions out there. Combined with Booking Live's online booking systems, businesses can dramatically improve efficiency and profits.
A beautiful, effective website and a great online marketing strategy go hand-in-hand. If people can't find your website, having a great website is pointless. If past visitors aren't getting re-targeted, your online marketing strategy is ineffective. Similarly, if you are getting a steady stream of traffic but aren't generating paying customers online, your website is leaking some serious sales. During the workshop, Mat from TourismTiger will walk you through exactly how you can strengthen the weak links in your online presence and generate more sales. Caitlin from Booking Live will be on hand to answer any questions you may have at the end of the session.
If you use Internet Explorer (IE) version 8, 9 or 10 to access the admin side of your booking system then you could be putting your booking system data and internet usage at risk. This is due to Microsoft rolling out the end of technical support and security updates for these versions back in August 2014.
Although there are a number of people who are under the impression that FAQs are outdated and unnecessary, the crux of the matter is that people still have questions. Here at Booking Live, we believe FAQs are an integral part of the booking software journey. Not only do they improve customer satisfaction, but they also reduce time spent on admin tasks such as replying to the same questions over and over again via phone and email.
The latest version of Booking Live, V3, comes with lots of new and improved features. One of the most highly anticipated updates is the new booking software reporting tools which we have included in V3. These have been broken down in to four key booking software reports: attendees reports, orders reports, payments reports and volume reports.
We are delighted to announce that we are now official software suppliers to the public sector via the G-Cloud 7 framework. We have been working towards a place on the G-Cloud for a while now and have waited until this iteration of the framework to ensure that we were ready. We now have a great booking software product which we believe will be more than beneficial to the public sector.
Our latest V3 update comes in the form of a booking software journey revamp. As the customer journey your customers experience is as important to us as the experience you have, we are continually investing in the front-end of Booking Live software. That is why we are currently rolling out a new improvement in the form of dropdown displays during the booking software journey. These are visible during the first and second stages of the booking software journey; 'choose items' and 'your basket'. This new feature is especially useful for businesses and organisations who have customers booking on to multiple products (activities/courses/classes etc.) across multiple times and dates.
Due to the increased pressure on primary schools to provide before and after school care, we have noticed an influx in the amount of schools using online booking software for education. That is why we have developed Booking Live to process childcare vouchers. Our latest booking software cheat sheet will give you a quick overview of childcare vouchers and will show you how to set them up within your Booking Live system.
We are delighted to announce that we have been selected to be a part of the ALPHA class of 2015 at Web Summit. Described as "where the tech world meets", we couldn't be more excited to be a part of such a great, global community. You may have seen our announcements about this across social media, but we wanted to give you a bit of an insight in to what we have been up to in preparation for the summit.
