If you use Internet Explorer (IE) version 8, 9 or 10 to access the admin side of your booking system then you could be putting your booking system data and internet usage at risk. This is due to Microsoft rolling out the end of technical support and security updates for these versions back in August 2014.

We are delighted to announce that we are now official software suppliers to the public sector via the G-Cloud 7 framework. We have been working towards a place on the G-Cloud for a while now and have waited until this iteration of the framework to ensure that we were ready. We now have a great booking software product which we believe will be more than beneficial to the public sector.

Our latest V3 update comes in the form of a booking software journey revamp. As the customer journey your customers experience is as important to us as the experience you have, we are continually investing in the front-end of Booking Live software. That is why we are currently rolling out a new improvement in the form of dropdown displays during the booking software journey. These are visible during the first and second stages of the booking software journey; 'choose items' and 'your basket'. This new feature is especially useful for businesses and organisations who have customers booking on to multiple products (activities/courses/classes etc.) across multiple times and dates.
