As Booking Live is an enterprise product we have an extremely close relationship with our clients. This community feel is valued highly both by our team, as well as our clients, and is reflected in our 96% retention rate.
From regular email updates to online forums, account management calls, events and on-site support we ensure our clients' ongoing needs are met. We also run regular online webinar sessions for new and existing clients, which provide a free and interactive overview of how Booking Live works, as well as acting as a platform for live Q&A sessions. We even provide our clients with various platforms so they can leave feedback which goes on to shape the future direction of the product.
